The Beginning
About The Venue at Grace Ridge

The Venue at Grace Ridge began as a family farm built on hard work, faith, and the belief that a meaningful life comes from caring for the land and the people around you.

Like many families, we followed an opportunity we believed would secure our future, stepping into large-scale poultry farming with hopes of building something sustainable to pass down to the next generation.

A Hard Reality
What looked like opportunity became something else.

What was promised as a path forward quickly became a season of hardship.

The demands of industrial farming took a toll, physically, financially, and emotionally. Long days turned into constant pressure, and the life we had hoped to build began to slip further out of reach.

At one point, we found ourselves questioning everything, our decisions, our future, and whether we could hold on to the land we loved.

There came a moment when we knew something had to change.

After years of pushing through, we made the difficult decision to walk away—choosing uncertainty over continuing down a path that was no longer sustainable.

It wasn’t easy. But it was the first step toward reclaiming our lives, our land, and our purpose.

Rebuilding With purpose
Turning what we had into something new.

We began to reimagine what the farm could be.

Using what we had, we transformed old structures into greenhouses, started growing plants and flowers, and slowly rebuilt the farm into something sustainable and meaningful again.

It took time, persistence, and more work than we thought possible, but little by little, something new began to take shape.
